SEPE (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal) allows subsidized courses in teletraining during Alarm state
Since the start of the State of Alarm due to the coronavirus, teaching activities have been suspended in person, to avoid contagions between students and teachers. The FUNDAE immediately clarified that this suspension included teaching activities in the workplace in face-to-face mode, and consequently, all courses for which the bonus had been requested should be suspended or postponed.
Since that time, there have been many queries issued to SEPE about the possibility of taking advantage of current technology to be able to take courses through remote training, replacing face-to-face courses, since this guarantees the prevention of infections, since the teacher and each one of the students are in different locations. During the last weeks, the SEPE replied that it could not be carried out, due to its confusion between the concepts of “virtual classroom” and remote training, a confusion that has been corrected through the aforementioned Resolution during the state of alarm (as long as the prohibition to take courses is maintained face-to-face), you can take the courses in remote training and subsidise them, with the same economic criteria as the face-to-face.
The resolution establishes technical criteria that must be met for SEPE technicians to carry out to verify the effective conduct of the sessions in e-training. These criteria basically consist in that the platform for access to electronic training records electronically the day and time of connection and disconnection of each student, and that each student sign their attendance by capturing their digitized signature (by means of tocuh screnn), or capture your biometric data (fingerprint, etc).
The Ergasia platform complies with all the established requirements, so that the courses that are planned can be carried out without problems
